Pro renews automatically at the same price every week ($12) or every month ($39), whichever you chose, until you cancel. Cancel before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. No minimum term. Cancel online any time from Billing: one button, then confirm on Stripe's page. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for, then move to Free, and nothing is deleted. You can also email hello@getplainapply.com from your account email and we'll cancel it for you.

Questions
What happens when I cancel Pro?
Cancel online from Billing: one button, then confirm on Stripe's page. You keep Pro until the end of the week or month you've already paid for. Then your account moves to Free and you aren't charged again. Your facts, resumes, cover letters and tracker stay where they are; nothing is deleted.
What if a payment fails?
We email you a link to update your card, and you keep Pro for 3 days while you do. Stripe retries the payment for up to 7 days. If it still doesn't go through, the subscription ends, your account moves to Free, and the unpaid charge is written off. Nothing is deleted.
Can I switch between weekly and monthly?
Yes, from Billing. Weekly to monthly starts right away, and the unused part of your week is credited against the first month. Monthly to weekly starts when the month you've paid for ends. You see the exact amount before you confirm.
What counts as a tailored resume on Free?
Each job you tailor a resume for counts once per calendar month, up to 3 jobs. Tailoring the same job again that month doesn't use another one. The count resets on the 1st.
Are there daily limits?
On every plan, up to 30 on-demand fit checks a day. On Pro, up to 5 tailored resumes and 5 cover letters a day. A fair-use limit also applies if one account's AI usage goes above $15 in a month; a typical month uses a small part of that, and it resets on the 1st.
If I go back to Free, do I lose anything?
No. Everything you made on Pro stays in your account. Pro-only features (cover letters, resume attach in the apply assistant, the Results page) pause until you upgrade again.
How do Done-for-you refunds work?
Full refund within 7 days of purchase if your setup session hasn't started. Once setup has begun, contact us and we'll refund any part of the service not yet delivered.
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe, never to us.
